GitHub Ticket Sync is a Zendesk Marketplace application developed by Oldroyd Digital Developer Solutions Inc.
By installing or using GitHub Ticket Sync (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
GitHub Ticket Sync is provided to help automate internal workflows between Zendesk and GitHub, including syncing issue status updates and adding internal ticket notes. You agree to use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and your organization’s internal policies.
The App accesses Zendesk and GitHub data only as required to provide its functionality. Customer data is not sold, shared for advertising, or accessed beyond what is necessary for the App to operate.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure reliability, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oldroyd Digital Developer Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from Zendesk. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the App is misused or violates these Terms.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
